Welcome to Waterford Internal Medicine

Waterford Internal Medicine offers adult primary care services. Our physicians, C. Kohler Champion, MD; Michael S. Krivitsky, DO, and Nadia J. Sadik, MD, provide quality, personalized and ongoing care in one convenient location. Same day appointments are available.

We are committed to providing you with care centered around you and your health care needs. We want to be your health care partners for life. To do that, we are enhancing the way we care for you by transforming the "doctors' office" to a Patient-Centered Medical Home.

What does this mean to you? We want to do more than simply treat you when you are sick. We want to help you set and achieve health care goals that help you to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. We want to develop a care plan for you that will be followed and discussed each time you visit. We want to remind you when tests are due and have test results available BEFORE you come for a visit, so we can develop a more personalized care plan together while you are in the office.

Practice Hours:
Monday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We offer same day appointments.

Please arrive five to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and sign in at our reception desk. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Prescriptions and Refills
Please ask us to refill your prescription at the time of your office visit.

If you are concerned that your medication will run out before your next visit, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance of when you need the medication refill. Please have the name of your prescription, the dose and your pharmacy's telephone number available.

After Hours and Urgent Care
If you have health concerns after regular practice hours, a health professional will be available via telephone at 248-858-6821 through St. Joseph Mercy Oakland. Information about your call will be given to your primary care physician within 24 hours in order to ensure your care needs are met appropriately.

After hours, we may direct you to an urgent care center for treatment. St. Joseph Mercy Oakland offers urgent care in three convenient locations:
