100 Cardiovascular Hospital"
The Solucient 100 Top Hospitals®: Cardiovascular
Benchmarks for Success study identifies hospitals that are setting
benchmark levels of performance for cardiovascular care throughout
the nation. SJMO has been recognized as one of the Solucient Top 100
heart hospitals. This study has identified SJMO as a hospital that
demonstrates a level of performance that serves as a target for many
other hospitals in the country.
The Solucient study further suggests that if other hospitals provided the same quality of care as a 100 Top hospital, survival rates could increase by more than 10,000 patients a year. In addition, complications of care could also decrease by more than 1,100 patients.
At SJMO, we take cardiovascular care seriously, which is why we’ve received other independent accolades that rate our hospital as "Among the Best in the Nation" for cardiac services.
