Shannon Striebich
President 

Striebich joined St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in 2002 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including as director of Facility Planning and Operations, associate vice president of Performance Leadership, vice president of Operations, and regional chief operating officer - East Market for Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, where she was responsible for operations at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland and St. Mary Mercy Livonia.

As vice president of Operations from 2009 to 2014, Striebich was the executive lead of the $145-million construction of St. Joseph Mercy Oakland's new eight-story South Patient Tower  and $60-million Surgical Pavilion.

Striebich is a member of the Midwest Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives where she serves as a member-at-large and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Detroit Mercy.

She earned a master's degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.

Michael K. Smith, DO, FACOS
Vice President, Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Smith earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, Mo., and completed a residency in general surgery at Mount Clemens General Hospital. He is certified in both general surgery and critical medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Dr. Smith also is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and an assistant clinical professor of general surgery in the Michigan State University Department of Osteopathic Medicine.

Fabian Fregoli, MD
Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety and Chief Medical Informatics Officer - East Market

Fabian Fregoli, MD, is Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland (SJMO) and Regional Chief Medical Informatics Officer-East Market for the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System.  He was in private practice as a family physician until 2007, when he joined SJMO.  He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and continues to see patients today on a part-time basis.

In addition to his focus on clinical quality and patient safety, Dr. Fregoli provides leadership in the area of clinical informatics to SJMO and St. Mary Mercy Livonia hospitals. 

Dr. Fregoli is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Michigan State University School of Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine at William Beaumont Hospital-Grosse Pointe, having served as chief resident during his final year.

Keyantee Davis
Chief Human Resources Officer

Davis is responsible for human resource strategies, practices and programs including total rewards, talent management, employee relations, labor relations, contract negotiations, arbitrations, recruitment and retention, HR systems and learning and organizational development, and employee health and wellness for St. Joseph Mercy Oakland.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA in Management from Walsh University.  She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and holds professional certifications from  both the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resource Professionals.

Jennifer Cobb
Regional Vice President, Physician Network

Cobb provides executive leadership to the SJMO employed and aligned physician networks and oversees 19 owned physician practices and four urgent care centers.   Additionally, she is responsible for organization alignment with the independent medical staff, including clinical integration, physician engagement, physician contracting, physician recruitment, and physician IT connectivity. She holds a Masters of Health Service Administration degree from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.

Carol Kubsik Bosch
Chief Accreditation and Regulatory Officer

A summa cum laude graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in medical technology, Bosch has been with SJMO since 1979. In addition to leading the organization through the 2013 Joint Commission Survey, which is a national accreditation program that measures a health care organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards, Bosch also directed SJMO through the 2013 Joint Commission Palliative Care recertification process and the 2014 Joint Commission Primary.

Tyrone Andrews
Director, Marketing and Public Relations

Andrews is responsible for directing and managing brand strategy, internal and external communications, media, public relations, event planning, advertising, social media and overall Web strategy. He also develops marketing strategies and plans that promote growth and brand loyalty for St. Joseph Mercy Oakland. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and has more than 20 years of health care experience, as well as more than 15 years in the marketing and public relations arena.

Megan M. Miller
Director, Office of Development

Miller is responsible for initiating, planning, implementing and managing St. Joseph Mercy Oakland's development program. She also manages a portfolio of major and planned gift prospects. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications from Wayne State University and completed coursework in the graduate program in counseling at the University of Detroit Mercy.  She has been with SJMO since 2007.

Beverly Beltramo
Chief Mission Officer

In her role, Bev is responsible for leading the integration of workplace spirituality and ethics across all hospital departments, as well as efforts surrounding Community Engagement. Bev has 15 years of experience as a health care chaplain, working with patients and families across the life spectrum.

Kenneth C. LePage
Executive Director – Support Services

LePage has a distinguished background as a Lean/Process Excellence leader in various industries. He has been with SJMO since 2009, where he manages all aspects of the Process Excellence (Px) team and serves as a Px/Lean mentor to the senior leadership team. He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and a lean manufacturing certification from the University of Michigan. He also is a multiple U.S. Patent holder.

Mike Samyn
Vice President Finance

Samyn works collaboratively in the integration of financial management within and across Saint Joseph Mercy Health System's East and West Markets. He has been a key financial leader for more than 14 years, both within Saint Joseph Health System and Trinity Health. Samyn holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Central Michigan University and an MBA in accounting from Wayne State University.
