Description
This class is for children aged 3-7 years who are preparing to become big brothers and big sisters, whose mother is delivering at St. Joseph Mercy-Ann Arbor. We will discuss what to expect with a new baby in your home and sharing attention as well as time. We will walk through the Family Birth Center and briefly tour the Mother-Baby unit. Class and tour last about 1 hour.
Please have your child bring a doll or stuffed animal to class (to practice diapering!). Enroll only your child(ren) - 1 or 2 adults may accompany the child at no charge but do not list them as "additional attendees" on registration.
Class is at St Joseph Mercy Hospital Family Birth Center. When you arrive at the hospital, follow the signs to the "Treatment Centers" and park in Lot Q, in front of the Family Birth Center. We will meet in the Lobby by the BIG fountain!
